1st Day of School...a few days later

School has begun and we have settled down into a routine, sorta.  I forgot to take First Day of School pictures until I saw a mom snapping some of her child in front of L's school.  Oh!  Thankfully, I zipped out my phone and snapped the boys's pics.

 L starting 4th grade in a brand-new school, but with friends from his old school.  

 Xman is our 6th grader in middle school.  Aaaaaah!  He is growing up and figuring out that locker combination and how to get to lots of different classes in the nick of time and how to study for lots of tests and how to toot his tuba and how to eat yummy pizza at lunch time!  

 Sophomore A. on her 2nd day, because her forgetful mom forgot to take a picture the 1st day. She said her excitement was wearing off this day, because the reality of homework was settling in. 

B on the 11th day of school, because she had a cast and bandage on her hands and had her jaw rubber-banded shut, so she stayed home the first two weeks.  She is figuring out her classes and her new hands too.  She is in 11th grade. What??!  She can't be that old!

And so the running around and busyness of school has begun.  It's a good thing.
