Last Day of School!

Yahoo!  No more homework! No more "Hurry, hurry. You're going to be late for school!"  No more hurrying to bed because it's a school night. Of course, it'll take a little getting use to more noise and mess during the day, but it'll be fun to play with the noise and mess-makers.

A. finished up elementary with the Annual Clap-Out. The whole school lines the hallways and the fifth graders walk through the halls while the children and past teachers cheer and clap for them. It's very cool.

X. and his teacher Mrs. Allen. She was great for him.

Then we were invited for an after-school water fight. Armed with sponges, water squirters, and brave hearts, the kiddos went to splash and squirt friends. Interestingly, the boys and girls automatically teamed up and attacked each other. Fun to watch from the "dry zone!"
